“Something is missing in your life and you have been given notice through your inner guidance system.

There are two things you need to do to fix it:
- First, you must understand what it is that’s now missing.
- Second, you must have a plan or strategy to get it back.
You tell the world, “I’m fine” but you never really meant it when you said it. You are ashamed to admit that you’re not fine because you worry about what people may think or say about you, not to mention what you may think of yourself if you dare admit that you are not fine?
What is going on in the world that you hear on the news doesn’t help either? What is it that you don’t want to see or hear or experience that’s going on in the world? After all, you have isolated yourself from much of it. This is how you make all those problems other peoples’ problems.
What happens over time is that people become habitually addicted to disconnecting from everything and everyone.
However, they pretend otherwise by acting like they care. They can’t bear to be present, so they live their lives in avoidance. They try to turn it off but the relentless feeling of lack won’t stop.
What’s missing is the spiritual connection they came in with. There was a time when you first came here as a new person that life was magical. It was driven by your excitement to be here, and your endless curiosity. Where did it go? How do you get it back? How do you get yourself back?
You must first go back to your earliest memories to remember how it felt. It came from the “sense of presentness” that it gave you. And then, you responded accordingly in the now, the present moment. It was so natural that it felt like it was all coming from you. You were still one with us and not separate, so it’s no wonder you felt that way.
Finally, you must quit complaining. You chose to be here at this time to experience this life right now, so why would you spend the precious time that you have attempting to avoid it? Slow down, breathe, and reconnect with us. We came into this life with you and have always been with you. You have never been alone.”
- Regardless of what you have or have not accomplished in this life almost everyone still feels a void inside themselves.
- The outside world reminds them daily of this feeling of lack and people respond with more avoidance.

How It Works: When you feel that no matter what you do there is still something missing – that is guidance directed at you. The guidance doesn’t always feel good. When it’s perfect timing for you to know something it’s guidance that makes you aware of it first. It will never fail you, but you have to be open to it and act on it while it’s still useful, because guidance has a shelf life. Use it or lose it.
Once you have experienced most of what this life offers externally, your gut lets you know if something is still missing. That’s your truth center at work and it always shows up when you least expect it. That’s how you know it is guidance and it didn’t come from you, it came through you – from somewhere else. Many times it will feel like a surprise and maybe even inconvenient. Inconvenient truths are the ones you didn’t see coming but are the most important ones to heed.
By the way, that’s why this inner void is still there. This is not the first time you felt it, it’s just that now it’s unavoidable. It feels like an urgency. Wait no more, use your intuition, that inner guidance system that you brought with you, to get the answers that you still seek. ~ Linda Deir
