Remembering Your Way Back to Who You Are

Healings with Linda

In our journey of personal growth and self-discovery, it is essential to look back and remember who we truly are and here’s why.

Remembering your way back to who you are will free you and allow you to live authentically.

It starts by taking a mental walk back through your early life and uncovering the details that have shaped your journey so far. By acknowledging the decisions you made in your past, you can understand how they have influenced your present. In this blog post, we will explore the power of remembering and the steps you can take to reconnect with your true self.

The Power of Remembering

Remembering your past experiences and the decisions you made along the way is crucial for understanding yourself. Our early life decisions, made when we assumed we were alone, can often lead to a state of confusion and disconnection from our true essence. By writing down these memories and examining them, we gain clarity on the root cause of what has been holding us back. This process helps us identify the undesirable decisions we unknowingly made that pave the way for healing and growth.

Building a Connection with Your Spirit Guides

The journey of remembering is not one that we must face alone. From the beginning of our lives, we have been guided and supported by our Spirit Guides and Angels. For some, this connection may solidify at a young age, as I experienced when I asked for someone to help me at 20 months old and my Guides physically showed up all around me. This is when I discovered that my Guides were the best problem solvers, capable of guiding us step by step toward our true selves. However, to establish this connection, we must release fear and open ourselves to their guidance.

Utilizing My Guided Journey

Linda Deir’s Int’l award-winning book, Guided, offers a companion journal entitled, My Guided Journey. This journal acts as a tool for reclaiming ourselves and reconnecting with our Spirit Guides. By recognizing and releasing our fears, we can create space for our Guides to reach us and provide guidance. It all starts with calming down, getting quiet, and allowing the process to work. Through journal writing, writing down the surface details of our early life is the first step, as it retraces our lives and brings up unresolved emotions. Through writing and seeking guidance, we can fully understand our journey and find the path towards self-acceptance so we can trust ourselves.

The Impact of Remembering

The impact of remembering becomes evident when we are completely truthful with ourselves. This process may require revisiting our past multiple times to fully grasp the truth that lies dormant within us. Each time we unlock and write down these truths in our journal, our connection to our Guides strengthens. We become more adept at recognizing the guidance they send us and interpreting it without bias. By removing expectations of specific outcomes, we open ourselves up to receiving their guidance fully.

Acting on Guidance

With a strong connection to our Spirit Guides, we gain the power to take the final and most critical step: acting on their guidance. Remembering our way back to who we are is ultimately about restoring relationships. First, we must establish a deep connection with ourselves, understanding and embracing our true essence. From this transformation, access to our Guides is a moment-to-moment occurrence, while attracting the relationships we have always longed for in this world.

Start your Self-Examination

Remember, you are never alone in this journey of self-discovery. Your Spirit Guides are always there to support and guide you. By remembering your way back to who you truly are, you can become the person you were meant to be, in harmony with yourself and with the relationships that align with your authentic self. Embrace the power of remembering and embark on a transformative journey towards reconnection and personal growth. ~ Linda Deir
