The Wounded Child

As we enter this world, we are open, trusting, sensitive, and full of love. However, during our early years, we often become vulnerable to external influences that shape our beliefs and behaviors. Some of these influences are valuable and necessary for our development, while others distort our true selves, giving birth to the wounded and confused child within us.

Acknowledging the Flaws

To begin the healing process, we must start by remembering and acknowledging the most obvious flaws and negative patterns in our lives. By identifying the behaviors that currently control us, we can gain clarity on the aspects of ourselves that need healing. This reflective exercise is most effective when done in writing, as it allows us to recognize the assistance we receive.

Connecting with Our Guides

In this journey of healing, we don’t have to walk alone. We have the support of our Spirit Guides, who have followed us into this lifetime to remind us of our true essence and purpose. They possess a deeper understanding of ourselves, even when we can’t see it for ourselves. At first, we may not recognize their guidance, but with consistency, their presence becomes apparent.

Automatic Writing – the effect of writing in your journal

One powerful method to establish a connection with our Guides is through automatic writing. By jotting down the thoughts and conversations that come through us, we establish a tangible link between our conscious mind and the wisdom of our Guides. Automatic writing goes deeper than mere dictation; it allows us to rediscover the connection we forgot we had—the connection we brought with us into this world.

Exploring the Wounded Child

Through the process of writing about the wounded child within us, we gain a better understanding of how we became lost in this lifetime. It helps us recognize the wounds we carry and their impact on our lives. Each time we express and reflect upon our current struggles, we unveil the underlying wounds that need our attention and healing.

Listening with Your Heart

To truly hear our Guides and tap into their wisdom, we must cultivate the art of listening. There are two levels of listening described by our Guides: listening in silent receptivity and listening with our hearts. Receptivity creates the environment for listening while listening with our hearts is the most profound and effective form of communication with our Guides. Mastering this intimate connection allows for a transformative two-way dialogue.

Start your Self-Examination

Remember, you are never alone on this journey of healing. You have the guidance and support of your Spirit Guides, always ready to assist you. By acknowledging the wounds of your past, connecting with your Guides, and listening with your heart, you reclaim your inner power and authority.
