Crossroads – taking your journey in “My Guided Journey”
Linda and Ray talked about the time in your young life when you first pushed “us” away.
Pushing “us” away made you feel a deep loneliness. You were the only one who remembered “us” so no one in this world noticed what you had given up. They perceived, what you were going through, as growing pains, something everyone goes through around your age. You were about seven years old.

In this video, we talk about how you lost connection to your real self and your Spirit Guides and Angels. How it really affected you.
It was a feeling of defeat. Even though you knew we were real it was impossible to explain us to others. At least now that burden would be lifted but the loss would cause you to start doubting yourself like never before. It felt like your deepest secret and you didn’t want anyone to notice how insecure and unsure of yourself you had become. You were scared. Now, you felt lost and alone on the inside. Your survival, in this world, depended on how well you could keep this covered this up.
Your feelings of separation from those who supported and guided you, your Spirit Guides, made you realize how vulnerable you really were. Now, this was the only world you had.
To align yourself with the right mindset and approach to start writing on page nine in part two, watch this video on crossroads.
If starting on this page this is too challenging, start on a page that isn’t as challenging until you get the hang of this journey writing. After you finish the pages that motivated you to start writing go back to the previous page and so forth until you are finished. This is how Ray did it when he took his journey in My Guided Journey. ~ Linda Deir and Ray Holley
