Fear – taking your journey in “My Guided Journey”
Linda and Ray walk you through the process of identifying your first fear.
Why would you even want to bother to identify your first fear? The answer is, it was your response to that first fear that set the foundation for your entire life going forward. The fact that you don’t remember what that response was is the reason you need to start with remembering the first fear that set that response off inside of you – your first critical decision. As ill-equipped as you were, at the beginning of your life, to make such critical decisions, you were, nevertheless, forced into it Once you identify that first fear and the associated response that immediately followed it will you see how that one point in time has been preventing you from living up to your potential.

In this video, we talk about how Identifying your first fear is easier than you may think.
In My Guided Journey, there are 18 pages in Part Two of the “journey.” Users of this journal have discovered where their challenges started, it began with fear. Fear is the first page, Page One.
To align yourself with the right mindset and approach to start writing on page one in part two, watch this video on fear.
If starting on this page this is too challenging, start on a page that isn’t as challenging until you get the hang of this journey writing. After you finish the pages that motivated you to start writing go back to the previous page and so forth until you are finished. This is how Ray did it when he took his journey in My Guided Journey. ~ Linda Deir and Ray Holley
