What does it take to live your life on purpose?

It takes more than just a few things. We see it starting with staying focused on the present moment.

Stay focused on one thing at a time.

So you don’t let the confusion of the day and everything that has to be done get in the way of that one thing … attend to what the present moment is showing you.

Focus on the most important thing at the moment. Realize that you are not going to change the world or your life immediately. It will be the small changes that you make every day that will lead to a big shift later on in your life. That’s when you will have the qualifications to help others.

You must be aware that you are connected to everyone in the universe, you are not here just to help yourself. You should know it’s not what you do, but why you do it. Herein lies the difference.

If you don’t know why you are doing something, then you are off your path.

Be aware, and listen to our guidance combined with your intuition. We are always broadcasting guidance to you. Once you engage your intuition with our guidance, we will be having a sort of conversation. We will be on the same wavelength, so to speak, as you consider how the intuitive hits we are sending you work in your life right now. This is how you will know what to do and when to do it – but you must write these conversations down or you will become confused along the way, knocking you off your path.

This is how you will stay alert so you don’t lose focus and your connection to us. This practice will eliminate doubt and second-guessing from your decision-making process. This will feel familiar because it used to be natural for you.

Once you make a decision, based on our guidance coupled with your intuition, you must remain alert to keep the conversation going. Answering the 4-qualifying questions in your journal writings every time you encounter this inner conversation will keep this balancing act going … all the time! We call this deliberate living. It will feel covert, your best-kept secret!

This is what Linda does. She learned it in childhood when she was out of options and found her answers in journal writing. Writing these conversations down prevented her from missing our guidance and her intuition, the conversation, at the moment it happened. Writing it down exactly how it came through, along with how she felt about it. This is how she learned to live her life on purpose, with our help. She discovered how to harness the truth she needed in any situation. This prevented her from doubting herself or defaulting into fear.

Developing this natural ability is learning to live in two worlds, simultaneously. It’s a present moment experience … the way you were meant to live, with ease. If you are not living your life with ease you won’t be able to live your life purpose. This can only happen when you lose your focus and go back to sleep, not present or connected, the biggest vulnerability you will ever experience in this life.

CALL TO ACTION:

  • You must stay focused and in the present moment to live your life on purpose.
  • Focus on the inner conversation that’s always going on. If you don’t hear it you are not present.
  • In the beginning, it will take more energy from you to be both present and engaged in this conversation. So be sure to write it down so you can see the value in doing this and keep it going.

HOW IT WORKS: How much do you want what you want? Why do you want it?  Write down both of these questions in your journal writing. By the way, having questions about what you want will only produce one-way conversations between you and yourself. Initially, this is an important process, so do not judge it as this one-way conversation will pass.

Be persistent and keep this process going as you write about what you seek answers to in your journal for 15 minutes a day. This is similar to someone who needs to talk all the time. Their communication skills have been hampered because they haven’t felt heard, causing them to dominate the conversation. Therefore, in the beginning, your communication skills with your Guides will be similar to this example. You will be asking lots of questions about what you want to know. They are listening, which is what you must learn to do to hear them, so a real 2-way conversation can begin.

If you are diligent about writing down what seems to be important to you, the dialog will become a conversation with your Spirit Guides. Your natural interaction with them will begin to show up as it reveals itself on the pages throughout your writings. You will only see this when you take the time to write it all down the moment the words or thoughts come into your awareness. A day, a week, a month later, when you review what you wrote is when you will see the solution. This is how you live your life on purpose – every moment with the help of your Guides. ~ Linda Deir
