- The takeaway from this episode is … you will become aware of your karmic redo’s. They are your habits.
- Here’s what this will do for you … you will spot the habit before the unconscious and sub-conscious go into autopilot and take over.
- Here’s what I want you to do with it … each time a habit arises write it down.

Make this lifetime count – not just another karmic redo.
Much time is spent doing things unconsciously in your life; that is, without thinking about them. That’s what karma feels like, doing the same things you always have. You spend much of your life on autopilot. These are the habits that replay repeatedly making life feel monotonous.
Paying attention to these habits is necessary to understand how they are affecting your life:
- Good habits allow you to vibrate at a higher frequency. Hence, increasing your ability to both, tolerate your existence here while getting around to doing what you intended before you came here … is the key to living a fulfilling life.
- Bad habits, the karmic redo’s, are causing you to vibrate at lower frequencies and get you stuck in the 3-D physical limitations of this world. You are then unable to take advantage of guidance that would have allowed you to evolve and move through this life with ease.
Resist getting stuck in those bad habits, to avoid another lifetime of karmic redo’s.
Karmic debt will bring you lessons. Most karmic debt resides in wanting, wanting everything, and wanting it now. Once the majority of the lessons are learned and resolved the experiences can begin. The experiences contain the freedom you have been longing for, the freedom to believe in yourself so you can experience new things. This is when everything you do has a life of its own.
Review all your habits. The good ones will be constructive, creative, life-changing, and positive in nature. The bad ones will be destructive to your life, boring or mundane, and negative in nature. Good habits will allow you to evolve, while bad habits will just get you another karmic redo.
CALL TO ACTION: Start your Self-Examination
- Start documenting your habits so you can bring them out in the open for only you to write and review.
- Look into one bad habit you have that you would like to change and stop doing. Get rid of each bad habit one at a time and replace it with a healthy, positive, and spiritually evolving one. Always start with the easiest ones because once you overcome the easy ones the harder ones will become easy too.
- You can’t see it when you’re in it, so review your journal writings a day, week, or month later. You will see what you couldn’t see at the moment you were in it.
HOW IT WORKS: What the Guides explained in this insight about Karmic Redo’s is exactly how you will perceive this lifetime the instant you are released from it. Your Spirit Guides know you better than you know yourself because they have seen you through many lifetimes. Remember, you got the amnesia not them. They are your best allies because they see it all. They attempt to reach you so you can make this lifetime count. They are the ones who cause pauses and detours anytime one of your habits is taking over, making it harder for you to continue on that path. So, instead of fighting through the resistance … pause, just long enough to release your attachment to an outcome. This is when you will see the habit that you are repeating. Be careful that the habits that run your life don’t ruin your life. Don’t get stuck in another karmic redo. ~ Linda Deir

I love this insight. I’m really committed to making this life count, and living in ease instead of struggle. The Guides point about, releasing attachments to an outcome is especially inspiring to me today.
That perspective reinforces my knowingness of acting freely in alignment with the truth that I’m aware of, damned be the consequences, which are usually other people’s reactions who may not be aware of the value of the truth.
Thank you!!
To summarize, to make this life count requires that we remain aware, not letting others bring us down by taking things personally. I love your comment!
I relate to what V points out in her comment … that this life is one to make count. I’m going for it too!
There is one habit that I have since March 2020, and I find it really hard to cut that one loose. I live quite a healthy lifestyle if I may say so. I work out at least 4x a week and I take my vitamins and during the day I eat natural good food like lots of fruit and vegetables. But when the sun sets… I change from this healthy being into a sweet and salt craving cookie and chips monster!! I feel quite lost in the evening. And I feel guilty and useless when I do not succeed at staying away from these cravings – which is every night. It is like I am afraid of something. Maybe the guides can tell something about this habit?
I do feel good when I do work out in nature, when I am with my like-minded friends, when I see my vegetable garden grow and when I can help someone. So luckily there is lots of good stuff going on. Thanks for shedding a light on this!
Here’s what the Guides said about your nightly eating issue, “the cause of your nightly salt and sugar cravings resides in emotional stress. This emotional stress has you spellbound rendering you completely helpless to control yourself. This imbalance is a repeat from your teen years. Additionally, you also have hormone imbalances going on, adding to these cravings. For the hormonal imbalances see an Endocrinologist. To identify the source of your emotional stress, there are several chapters in part two of, My Guided Journey, that will get your attention. It’s important that you study them and write about the pain points, urges, cravings, and loss of personal control you are experiencing now, so they can be exposed and healed. Once the time capsule is opened that kept you frozen in time – the healing begins.“
Thank you, Linda, I need to let this sink in, especially the part about the hormones. Wow!
I’m taking a look at part 2 as we speak 🍀 to dive into my childhood pains which I’ve always tried to forget or to romanticize.
Your “take action” approach is spot on! You’re getting real with your life.
In addition to my comment. I realize I have had food cravings in my teenage years, and also later on in times I felt fear, unbalanced. So this is a habit that shows up at fearful and ungrounded times.
Greetings,
My daughter, Destiny, asks “Why is she mean to her sisters even when they are kind to her?” She treats them mean even when they are attempting to help her i.e.with school homework, showing her how to do something, etc. She ignores, says ugly words, etc.
My take: She behaves as if she is mad that she doesn’t already know how to do whatever it is and takes it out on others.
(And my question as her Mom: why does Destiny behave as if she is entitled)?
Destiny is age 10, her sisters are 16 and 25.
Thank you
This ties into today’s insight, “Not Another Karmic Redo.” Your children don’t come from you, they come through you into this world from other lifetimes. You, along with her older siblings agreed to help her in this lifetime, even though you all knew she would be difficult. That being said, she seems to be stubborn about learning her lessons. This is the part you all had to consider deeply before you all agreed to take her on, but this is not one-sided. Her behavior is meant to incite lessons in each one of you, which needs to be figured out.
I have a system that helps with this. I am in the development stage of building an online training course to teach this.
I hope this helps, Linda
