- The takeaway from this week’s episode is … when you feel like a victim of circumstance, that’s just your ego’s interpretation.
- Here’s what this will do for you … you will give your ego a break by not responding to any situation with fear.
- Here’s what I want you to do with it … to manage the knee-jerk fear response give yourself a 15 minute break to determine why it happened.
You have heard people say, there are no accidents. What does that mean?
Does it mean it was planned all along? Did you bring it upon yourself? You may not remember agreeing to it but you did, it was part of your contract. Your spirit guides and angels considered you brave for accepting this life experience. You all knew it would not be easy and that you would need help. That’s what your spirit guides signed up for.
Now you are thinking, why would you include such difficult things in your life? The answer is two-fold. First, it was so you could resolve the lessons you came here to learn and overcome, secondly to resolve acquired karma.
Why did you have to experience this? Even though you most likely do not remember those other lifetimes, you did something to someone with or without thinking it through first. That’s how you acquired the karma.
Why does it have to work like this?
It’s because we are all connected to each other, the earth, the animals and plants, the environment, and extending out into the cosmic universe. Whatever you think, feel, and do, effects the universal consciousness. It has a profound ripple effect.
Therefore, before you send out any negative energy you must be cognizant of the consequences of what you are doing. You are a small, but very significant part of this universal consciousness.
Finally, it’s important to understand how the ego perpetuates the karmic cycles. Every time you respond to a situation with fear the ego comes to your rescue. It’s like a superhero who swoops in to save the day, except it mostly digs you in deeper rather than solving problems. So, give your ego a break by breathing first then writing your problem down so you can see it for what it is before you panic.
CALL TO ACTION:
- Who said there are no accidents? Wasn’t that an accident that happened to me? No, it wasn’t, it’s been building up for a long time, but you were not paying attention.
- Why would I agree to have bad things happening to me?
- I didn’t realize I was so powerful.
HOW IT WORKS: Only when people realize how powerful they really are, do they take any of this seriously. When people are reckless with their treatment toward others the karmic buildup backfires on them and they are the ones who take the hit. This isn’t punishment, it’s a wake-up call delivered from their soul reminding them that this needs to be healed once and for all.
Your soul knows why you came here and what you intended to resolve this time around. If only we stopped resisting it, paid attention, listened, and wrote down our inner conflicts the moment they showed up we could resolve the karmic residue and buildup almost instantly. The speedbump you will encounter is the ego. The ego will not want to cooperate, causing even more karmic damage than you came here to resolve. Again, this is why it’s important to document your inner conflicts and frustrations, so you can see for yourself what needs attention without your ego dominating the situation again, preventing you from seeing what’s really going on. ~ Linda Deir
