Guided Journey

  • The takeaway from this episode is … you will have a plan for documenting your life to avoid looking back at things you do not remember.
  • Here’s what this will do for you … what you learned about yourself in 2020 will determine your fate in 2021.
  • Here’s what I want you to do with it … this will become your roadmap giving you the stability to keep you on your path, not just get you there.

How to be a useful example, while serving others is what the world needs now.

2020 will be the year you talk about with your children and grandchildren.

However, what kind of exaggerations will you be telling them? What important things will you be unable to remember? Will you only remember all the painful inconveniences and restrictions you had to endure just to keep your life going along? Or will it become some fairy tale story that distorts the truth that people collectively recite year after year? This is … just “going” through life.

It’s important to understand that many lessons were given to you in 2020. In general, these lessons affected the masses the same way. It contained a lesson for all mankind. This silent majority, the individual, kept their feelings and realizations to themselves. For these individuals, it will be more important than ever to document your journey so you can make the best decisions going forward. These individuals are paying attention and growing through their life.

This is the time to look back, while it’s still fresh in your mind before you can go forward with a plan.

If you have been listening to our guidance in these weekly insights for the last several years you will see that we have been warning you about the uncertain times you are living in, as they continue to gain momentum. These uncertain times, as well as the good times. It’s important that through journal writing, you keep a record of what really happened, how you felt about it, and what you realized from it instead of trying to reconstruct a story from your memory years from now.

Once you start to write down what’s happening in your life every day, and how it makes you feel, you will realize what’s happening ‘to you’ and ‘for you’ in the world. This is how you will be able to see the difference between these two perceptions. There’s a big difference in what happens to you because it normally happens to everyone as a group. But how it affects you individually – herein lies what happened for you.

In the end, you will discover that more things happen for you than happened to you, even if you don’t understand them while they’re happening. When you are in something many times it’s difficult to see where you’re going or where you will end up. So, unless you document these events while they’re still fresh in your mind will you be able to relive the feelings and the realizations you had. Doing this every day, will be the breadcrumbs connecting you to a clear path going forward.

This is the time of the year people tend to concentrate on looking forward to a new year that they hope will be different from the last year. We can assure you that 2021 will be a different year, but how you perceive different will be the deciding factor if 2021 happens to you, or for you.

CALL TO ACTION: Start your Self-Examination

  • Unless you learn to document your way throughout your life will you be able to find your way back home unbroken.
  • Initially, look at everything at its face value and ask yourself, who does it benefit? Write down what you observed in your journal.
  • Before you make any decisions on how to go forward, do enough research to make an intelligent decision even if you perceive it as a difficult one.

HOW IT WORKS: When you interpret something in the outer world as happening to you it makes you feel powerless. It feels like it’s being forced on you. Anyone who allows this to happen is just going through their life.

On the other hand, when you observe what is happening in the outer world without it feeling like a threat you’ll be able to see it for what it really is. Only then will you realize your options and make the best choices going forward. To do this, you must have history to refer back to, which can only come from your journal writing. This will be your lifeline as you continue to grow through your life making the best decisions, even when confusion is running rampant in the outer world. ~ Linda Deir
