It’s basic human nature to want to improve at something.

People want to become better at a number of things, so why don’t more people improve? We see it as lacking a couple of things.

People either don’t have the knowledge to improve or they lack the motivation to do it even if they gain the knowledge. The problem is that improving on something requires change and change is either difficult to achieve or difficult to go through.

Be ready for what you are asking for when you employ the help of your spirit guides.

We will take the sting out of it provided you don’t become resistant along the way.

Did you ever suggest changing something at work? Your job is outlined in a job description just like everybody else’s. When everyone follows the parameters of their job description things seem to work, although they could always be more efficient. Then, someone comes up with a way to improve a process at your job. Change is extremely difficult in a company. Improvement requires everyone to change.

Most people are happy with the way things are and do not want to change. If a program or process is changed some people will change and others won’t. They use the excuse, “that’s not my job.” This excuse is what keeps companies, especially large ones, from changing faster and becoming more efficient and competitive. That’s why a smaller company can often change on a dime because the people required to change are invested in its future success.

Think more like that small business when you decide to improve your life. Employ the help of your Spirit Guides. Your life is your future and when you act on the brilliant guidance coming through you, while it’s still valid, you can’t miss.

An intentional thought can change the course of your life.

The same applies to an individual. Are you invested in your future success? Are you willing to go through gaining the knowledge and maintain the motivation to stick it out long enough to achieve the change necessary to get results? What will happen when this change process becomes painful? Will you give up and quit? This is why there are multi-billion-dollar self-help and self-improvement leaders. They are promoting changes that they think people will want.
